[1]- Continuous stay during each visit shall not exceed 90 days for countries except USA, UK, Canada and Japan.

What’s the overall information for India evisa (ETA)?
• Applicant's passport should have a minimum of six months validity at the time of creating the application of e-Visa.
• Return international airline ticket is must
• Sufficient fund to spend to cover the applicant’s stay
• Evisa isn't applicable for Diplomatic or Official Passport Holders
• International Travel Document Holders can't apply for Evisa.
Nationals of Yellow Fever affected countries or travellers arriving from these countries must carry YELLOW FEVER VACCINATION CARD at the time of arrival in India, otherwise they'll be quarantined for six days upon arrival in India.
I applied Evisa on my old passport, am i able to travel using my new passport??
You must travel on the Passport which you've got applied for e-Visa, Entry are going to be allowed into India on the new passport although ETA has been issued on the old passport, however in such cases a traveler must carry the old passport on which ETA was issued
What are the specified documents for Indian Evisa?
1. Scanned passport copy, passport should have a minimum of six months validity at the time of applying for of e-Visa.
2. Digital photograph with light background.
3. Arrival port/ airport
4. Home address, work address, telephone number and email.
5. Date of travel
6. Name, nationality and place of birth for father, mother and spouse if applicant is married.
7. Copy of the previous India’s visa
8. Copy of Letter from the Hospital concerned in India on its letterhead which including the date / tentative date which admission are suggested (for e medical Visa)
9. Any letter of invitation if applicable from Indian parties which wish you conducts the business (for e business Visa) (optional).

E-Visa application may take up to 72 hours for processing.
Can I change the port of arrival/departure?
Evisa holder can arrive at 28 Airports and 5 seaports as below:
Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Bagdogra, Bengaluru, Bhubaneshwar, Calicut, Chennai, Chandigarh, Cochin, Coimbatore, Delhi, Gaya, Goa, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Madurai, Mangalore, Mumbai, Nagpur, Port Blair, Pune, Tiruchirapalli, Trivandrum, Varanasi & Visakhapatnam.
Seaports Cochin, Goa, Mangalore, Chennai and Mumbai seaports.
However, any port or airport can be used for exit the country.

You need to apply 4 days ahead of the date of arrival with a window of 120 days.
